Whether you actually consider Battlefield: Bad Company 2′s ‘map packs’ to be worthy of that title, given that they just make the same maps playable in new modes and configurations, rather than offering any new environments, EA are today releasing the ‘VIP Map Pack 5′.

This time around, you’ll be getting to play White Pass in Rush mode, and Nelson Bay is unlocked for play in Conquest. Naturally, the pack is free for those who have purchased the game new, whilst those who grabbed it second hand, are borrowing it from a friend, or stole it from their local GameStation will have to shell out for a VIP pass.

Such a pass can be picked up in-game or via each console’s storefront, and will grant you access to each of the five packs released for the game so far.
