well i guys i had a problem with my windows XP so i intalled windows 7 , and now i need to activate it ..

Well The Pic didn't load for me last night so I asked.

Seems like your not using the RTM Build of Win7. Thats why. and Its unactivated. I suggest you download the Hybrid ISO from Wraith's Post. Its Build 7600 and Activated already. And the program does work. Tho it seems like it doesn't support your Build Version. That Activator is what Im using since Win7 RTM got Released.

I did a research about your Build and It seems that its a RC Version. If im not mistaken, RC Versions are now unsupported by Microsoft and they recommend you to install the RTM Build. And you are having that Black BG and that Fake OS Watermark is because, Like what I said RC Expired.
