Try reloading: www. microsoft. com

Try using a different web browser to go on the site. Try internet explorer or Mozilla fire fox.

Try these 3 solutions:

*Try deleting your cache and the entire history of your browser.
*Or by checking your windows firewall, it may have been blocking the site's permission.
*Or Disabling the dns client service from control panel.

if it doesn't work (like what I did, cause I also went to have this problem months ago.) is to format your computer.
