In the Fifa 10 when I go on multyplayer there comes a squad uptade, but when I go see if the players moved to other clubs(like D.Villa) they heavent.Wheres the problem?

The Squad Updates goes back to default squads for the online multiplayer.
Are you saying that you took Villa and put him in a club, but after the update, he's no longer there? If that's the case, then that's because it gets updated back to default for online.
