Ok so I have a Sony Vaio CW and it came with a multimedia player called Vaio Media Plus (VMP). So the problem is under the collection settings it states that the server needs to be refreshed in order to collect new data. Under the server tree it shows my server itself (my computer) and it dimmed (pressumably means inactive) but is unable to start the server. Ive already added it to the exception under the firwall setting and still wont access it. Anybody know how to start the server in steps as I am new to this? Any help is greatly appreciated
