Ill show you the USB Method and the Way I copy Windows 7 to install it on my System.
The Link you showed is safe. I have a copy of it and install on my sis' laptop. Works fine.
Backup your Files First. If you have another PC, Copy your files into your USB Drive and Paste it in the other PC you have. Only backup those files you REALLY NEED so you can backup faster.
Once backup, Download All the Links on the Link you gave.
Put all those downloads in One Folder. Using WinRAR, Right Click the .part1 and click Extract here.
You should get a .ISO file. You now need to mount it to get the files.
You need PowerISO (A Program to mount your.ISO file) - http://www.psperspective.net/index.php?sho...amp;hl=PowerISO Download this and install
Once installed, Right click the .ISO again and go to PowerISO > Mount This To Drive :X (Or other Drive Letter)
Go to My Computer and you should see your Disk There. Open it and you should see Many Files of W7.
Plug in your 4GB USB Drive. Copy the Files from the Disk to your USB Drive.
Once Finished, Safely Remove your USB and restart Computer.
Before the BIOS Screen goes up, Keep Pressing F8. A popup should appear asking the Boot Options.
Choose your USB Drive.
It should load OS Files and commence the Installation.
Follow the On-Screen Instructions and Put the Necessary Information (e.g. Account Name, Password, Dat,Time Settings. etc.)
Your Computer will Restart Automatically and you will go to the Desktop of Windows 7.
Check if it is working fine.
OPTIONAL:
Toi check if your W7 is activated, Go to Start Menu and Right Click Computer And Press Properties and a window should popup. Look down and If it says Windows is Activated. Then it is Activated.
Remember, This is my way of installing my Windows 7. been doing this since 2009 and I don't see any problems on my installation. People said its not good to just copy paste the files to your USB. They said that You need USB Tool to copy it but I think its fine to do this.
==============================================
DVD Method (Not much sure since I don't do this):
Do all the First steps until you get the .ISO file
Download IMGBurn (A program for burning data easily) - http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/ImgBurn/1128426215/1 Install it and Run
Choose the Write Image to Disc. Put your DVD on the DVD Tray now.
On the program, Click that little Folder with magnifying glass icon. Look for your .ISO file.
Change your Write Speed to the lowest possible. Do not put it to max speed. Doing so may lead to Bad OS installation and corrupted files.
Once done burning, Restart PC and press F8 before the BIOS Screen goes up. Now Choose your DVD Drive for Boot.
It will load OS files
Just follow the On-Screen Instructions and Apply Needed Info.
NOTE: I never did the DVD method so Im not 100% sure what I tell will work.
============================================================
Also whenever the Installation asks for the Serial Key, Just leave it blank and proceed installation.
I also recommend you to backup the files of your partition. You might mess the partitions during install.
And Always read carefully the instructions before deciding.
When it asks for the HDD to install on, Choose your Primary Disk. Usually its Drive C: but depends on your PC.
=============================================
I hope this helps and feel free to ask questions regarding your installation Process.

Are you Effing Kidding me?
We got the same Maxtor Drive. Exactly the same lol
I also have WDC as my Drive haha
Look at The Screenie of mine

Anyways, On the Topic. Yes You need 4GB USB Drive or DVD Drive that has 4GB Space. You cannot use CD Drives because Windows 7 is 2GB Size.
Yes you have 2 HDDs (Exactly The Same as mine lol)
You can backup by putting your Data Files to your DIFFERENT Hardrives. Using CDs or other USB Drive you have.
