Help me fix application load error 5:0000065434? please reply as soon as possible

installed Section 8 (game) and when I start it i get a steam error: application load error 5:0000065434 ...please help.
Many people have this problem and a good answer should help a lot.
Need any more info? btw...im running window 7 and it used to be working just fine. i uninstalled it so that i can have more spaces. but now that i have more space. i want to play it again. this is the same disk that i burned from the first time

Try these 3 steps:

1: Download a registry cleaner and install it.
2: Open the registry cleaner and scan you computer for free.
3: Click fix button and you done.
