I just Activated my windows 7 using this program Windows_7_Loader_v1.7.9 and i was just wondering if i can perform the updates or if i have to avoid them

you can update (I update both of my computers that I used a loader on)

However you need (for most activators, the one I posted is the only one that I know of that bypasses the activation update.

to remove the update manually
