Hi i have many questions to ask about steam...

1.i have 2 computers in my house..As an example the name of the computer that i am using now is L and the other comp is R...My computer R have steam installed on it and games were inside too...Now,i want to install steam on my L computer..After i installed steam can i installed my games on Computer L on steam games account?

2nd question.I have installed steam on Computer L and the updates stays at 0%..Any ideas on that?

Yes you should be able to have them on multiple machines, it might be easier for you to use steams backup utility to back up the games and then to install them on the second machine.

you can have two steams installed on two different pc's but you cannot have the same acc logged in at the same time.

That is a common error. try uninstalling then reinstalling

dude just put the seam folder that has all the games on it on a Hard Drive or some thing and put it on your other computer and enter using the same account .. !!
