Try Making a Free Account on MU. This should speed up your downloads and prolongs your Limit to download files. This also decreases your download to start from 45 Seconds to 25 Seconds.

If you want really fast downloading and no Limits. Go and By the Premium Account they offer. Some sites on the other hand Generates a Premium Link to your download but most of the time this is not working and this is not a Premium Account. It only generates the download link to be Premium.

I did not tell you that using Free Account will remove the Limit. But it will atleast prolongs the time before the Limit Exceeds.

Just by Premium Account to remove it.

You can also try changing IP Address but it depends on your Internet Provider if it allows you to change IPs.

Many ways. Either by a program or your Router (If you have one).

I cannot tell since IM using WiFi now.

Well if your using a router, Go and type your Router IP Address. It should ask you the User Name and Password to enter the Router Control Panel. btw. IM using a TP-Link Router and it depends on the router's Control Panel. Usually All I do is to refresh/Release my IP Address and wait for a few minutes to go and Refresh it. After that I have a new IP Address (Doesn't work all the time. t really depends on your Internet Provider).

You can also just restart your router. That works for me sometimes.
