If it is running Gen C then press select and go from the recovery menu from there.

Are you sure that its modified? It could be that you shutdown the PSP causing the CFW go away. Redo ChickHEN or MHUSpeed3 and enable CFW again.

Press the Select Button and yo should see the VSH Menu. On the VSH Menu there is also the Recovery Menu where you can enable the plugins you put on your MS.

BTW. Recovery Menu in 5.03 GEN-C and other 5.03 GEN has bugs that made the Options different than its names.

Try Reinstalling 5.03 GEN-C by running your CFWEnabler on Emergency Mode.

How to run CFWEnabler on Emergency Mode:

Just go and run the CFWEnabler while holding the L Shoulder Button. It should go to Emergency Mode. Press X to Reinstall the Firmware.
