I downloaded a game and inside is something called UMD_DATA.BIN and a psp_game folder with some files inside.How to put it on my psp?

You extracted a .iso file. You don't need to do that just copy the iso to the ISO folder on the root of your memory card and then run the game.

it was a packed like a zip, not an iso

Yeah icajack1 is right you don't need to extract the zip file just put it into the iso folder and presto, you can now play the game
