My PSP Slim recently started distorting the sound that comes out of the headphone port(when headphones are plugged in of course.) The speakers work fine, but when I plug in headphones, certain sounds/pitches in the audio I listen to plays fine, but other audio(especially the voices of people in music) sounds all weird/quiet/distorted. Any ideas what the problem might be?

BTW, I know it's not my headphones because I've tried 3 different brands of headphones, and all of them give me the same problem.

Maybe, the volume is too much loud, so the headphones are making some distorted sounds. Try to lower the volume.

Maybe the problem is with your audio jack. The part on the psp where you plug in your headphones.

Yep. Your audio jack could be the problem here since it only happens when you plug your headphones. and your Speakers are still working good.

If your psp has a history of falling to the ground, probably that is the reason your audio jack is broken.

Im sure this can be replaced tho.
