I don't fully understand your question.
The PlayStation Portable doesn't charge for it's Wi-Fi, and all online games on the PSP use the PSN, which is free.

Lol my bad what I ment to say was how can you bypass the update thing so that you can play online. Cause in mod nation racers it telles my to update in order to use the psn.
