Alright, this is not mine, my brother set up a team of guys, and they bypassed the way you get games through steam.
You can get all steam games, but can only install the Valve games, like CSS/TF2/DOD/HL2.
You have to use the client to be able to play the games.
That means they don't get assigned to you're local account.
Online works, you can play on all VAC-secured servers, except for some, which I don't know how to fix yet.
Like 85/100 of the servers work.

Only use this on a clean and fresh account, cause the risk of getting banned is always involved (No IP ban, but just an user ban).

I right click Steam Unlocker and run as admin but nothing comes up

You have to put it into your steam folder, and you need to first logout of steam, and then exit it.

I have done that but still doesn't work

I have done what you said but the Steam Unlocker doesn't comes up when I click on it, I have already went offline and quit Steam and put the Steam Unlocker in the Steam folder and run it but it doesn't come up

Im fairly certain that those "legit" servers are actually cracked (pirate) servers, and the ones that dont work are the legit ones.
