Computer Help

The Computer Help section is for those in need of help regarding their computer, whether it be software/hardware issues or just general enquiries. Due to this section being open to the community please be aware that all responses may not be 100% correct, this section relies on the support of our members.

  • Be as informative as you can, include any information you feel is necessary. This will increase the chances of a quick solution.
  • Be appreciative of any support provided, regardless of effectiveness. This is a free service, please don't take it for granted.

Key:
  • Once a topic has found its solution [Solved] will be added to the topic title.
  • If a topic has become inactive, due to the topic abandonment (on posters behalf) [Inactive] will be added to the topic title.

Easy, remove the WGA, if you can log in (if not, try re-installing Windows and try doing this without once rebooting) The WGA (Windows Genuine Advantage) is what checks your system if it is genuine or if it is an illegal copy. Download Here Run the program and follow the instructions. Hope this helps.
