I use Windows 7, and I found how to do the "Flow Control" thing. But I'm looking for the "Bits per Second" and I don't know where it would be. I've been looking in Network Adapters. Any ideas???

I tried this but it doesn't speed up much of my connection
For Windows 7 Users:
Right Click My Computer
Choose Properties
On the Left Pane, Click Advanced System Settings
Click the Hardware Tab on the Window that will show up
Click Device Manager
Expand Ports on the list
Double Click Communications Port (COMx)
Click the Port Settings Tab on the Windows that will show up
Now change the Bits per second to the Maximum (128000) and Set the Flow Control to Hardware
Try and test if this works for you.
