Assistants are members who can provide knowledgeable support to those in need, this title is given to those who have proved their knowledge by helping members within the Help Center and the community in general.

Those who have made a noticeable impression on the forums will have their member group automatically changed to Assistant, although if you feel as though you are worthy of the Assistant title please PM administrator. Please note that this title is not given out lightly, a full assessment of your topics and posts will be undertaken if you choose to apply for this user group. Assistants will lose their title if they are inconsistent with their support. The Assistant title is to be looked at as a trust worthy source for support and information, so there will be strict monitoring of Assistants to make sure they uphold their responsibilities.
