If the PSP's built in web browser isn't working very well and none of the homebrew browsers are good enough, consider installing Opera Mini on your PSP. How? read the bottom and find out

Installing Opera Mini is possible through pspkvm, a java emulator for the psp.

>Two downloads are required to get this to work.
One of the downloads is the "pspkvm" emulator and the other is the "Opera Mini" java executable.

*INSTALLATION*

**Installation is simple, Extract the pspkvm folder from the RAR Archive with any RAR compatable tool such as 'Winrar'. Take the pspkvm folder and put it in your psp's PSP> GAME folder. Take the '.jar' file and put it anywhere on your memory stick. Yup, anywhere. On your psp, run the pspkvm emulator and select the option "Install app from ms:0". Browse through your files until you find the '.jar' file. Once you find it, click X on the '.jar' file. Pick a mobile platform (I picked sony ericsson) then follow the rest of the steps given to you.**

In other words...

1.) Download both files in the links given above

2.) Extract the pspkvm folder from the RAR archive using any RAR compatable tool.

3.) Move the pspkvm folder to the PSP>GAME Folder inside your psp's memory stick.

4.) Move the opera mini java file (.jar) to ANYWHERE on your psp's memory stick.

5.) On your psp, execute the Pspkvm application from within your GAMES menu.

6.) Slect the option "INSTALL APP FROM MS/0"

7.) With the pspkvm's file browser, locate the opera mini app (.jar) on your memory stick. Press X

8.) You will be asked to select a platform, choose any one. (I picked the sony ericsson)

9.) Follow the rest of the steps given to you by the installer.

Scrolling (up+down) - Joystick (up+down)
Selecting links - Joystick (up+down)
Scroll (entire page) - Joystick (left/right)
Follow link - Press *
Scroll on keyboard - Joystick (all directions)
Input characters on keyboard - Press O
Menu - Start Button

*MISC*

To use Opera Mini again, Execute PSPKVM again from the GAME menu.
Opera Mini will be on the opening list.
Press "O" over Opera Mini.
